Client Facing:

  • Hired to institutionalize a $750 credit distressed firm ahead of an operational due diligence meeting with a large wealth management platform. Converted accounting and investment books and records from XLS to Advent Geneva. Advent later wrote a white paper on the success of the implementation. 

  • Hired after $800 million RIA failed an ODD meeting with a seed investor. Implemented EZE OMS, operational procedures, and valuation policy and redrafted DDQ to meet operational due diligence standards of seed investor.
